Meet the designer
The story of Anifandis Jewellery is deeply intertwined with a family legacy of craftsmanship.
Inspired by his father, who first mastered the traditional silversmithing techniques in their hometown of Ioannina, Dimitris Anifandis developed a lifelong passion for fine metalworking from an early age.
To complement this rich heritage with contemporary expertise, he pursued formal studies at the MOKUME School of Jewellery Design (1995–1997), specialising in modern design, intricate metalworking, and artistic craftsmanship.
In 2003, Dimitris officially founded the Anifandis Jewellery studio. Guided by those family traditions yet viewing them through a contemporary lens, he has spent over 20 years handcrafting original sterling silver pieces beautifully enhanced with precious and semi-precious stones.
Dimitris has been proudly featured on the acclaimed platform "A Jewel Made in Greece" since 2022, leading to exclusive showcases at the luxury ATTICA department stores. https://www.instagram.com/ajewelmadeingreece/
On an international stage, his contemporary designs travelled to the heart of global fashion at the prestigious Bijorcha exhibition in Paris (2013, 2014, 2015), alongside his annual participation in the Greek Jewellery Show since 2003.
Every creation reflects a delicate balance between time-honoured techniques and modern individuality, meticulously combining gold-plated silver, enamel colouring, and expert stone setting.This dedication to bringing precision and unique beauty to every piece has earned his work significant recognition.
Today, through his creative studio and digital community via @anifandis_jewellery, Dimitris continues to share his daily design process and connect with people worldwide who appreciate quality craftsmanship and wish to carry a piece of timeless elegance, culture, and history.
